People of the Frozen Earth

I mentioned that we will be visiting powwows. If you don’t know what a powwow is all about, you can find out at What is a powwow? on the Four Winds Intertribal Society’s Web site.

Ken and I are leaving for Indiana tomorrow. We plan to stop in at some bookstores and attend some pow-wows on our trip. We’ll begin at the Miami Nation pow wow on August 11th.
